Shipping Country:

  • Our logistics network covers most countries, and we offer a range of shipping methods depending on the destination.

Processing Time:

  • Before shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Processing time may vary depending on the actual situation (Public Holidays/Weekends excluded).
  • Processing may be delayed if your shipping address requires additional verification or your order is flagged for a risk review (we use this additional time to help protect your payment information). In some cases, we may require additional identification or billing information for verification.

Shipping Fee:

  • Express Shipping: $9.99
  • DHL/FedEx Express (Priority): $40

If you choose DHL/FedEx Express (Priority), a shipping fee of $40 will apply. We will use DHL or FedEx for delivery. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination and usually takes about 7-10 days.

  • If you do not live in a secure location, please consider your shipping method carefully. Standard mail couriers may not require a signature, and packages may be left in a location considered secure by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned because it was not accepted or claimed, any applicable return or refund fees will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
  • Taxes and Duties:
  • Your order may be subject to customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell how much the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • Customs duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty rate percentage depends on the country the package is being sent to, but on average is between 3% and 9%. We have no control over the charges, which is why we cannot include them in the cost of the item or within the postage costs. We generally try to reduce the declared value of the package to reduce taxes and fees, but you may still need to pay a small amount of customs fees.
