Baby Car Camera

I absolutely love the idea of this and so I was so happy that it is fairly easy to use. I was able to use car play and hook it to my monitor, well my husband actually did it while I watched but it was easy for him. The picture quality is good in day light and at night. It helps ease the mind when you can't see in a rear facing car seat. I love that I can still see my baby and map at the same time. No more worrying when she falls asleep. It functions perfectly and exactly for what is meant to do.

Review

Works well when connected.

Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

Works perfectly in my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5. Connected right away and the split screen is great with the shape of my vehicle's display. The provided cable was long enough to route from the rear seat USB to the headrest of the rear seat to accommodate functionality for a rear facing car seat. I didn't notice any lag from the camera video nor from the Apple CarPlay functionality. This is exactly what I was looking for in a baby car camera.

Good camera, tricky set up.

Camera can be tricky to set up at first. I had some issues getting it connected, however once I updated the software it's been really seamless. If you have issues connecting, make sure your software is up to date first. Camera is clear, quick and easy to use AirPlay.

Make sure you know what you are buying

Does not work on my car but works on my wife's despite advertising that it could which was disappointing. Both cars are wired and wireless CarPlay compatible. Set up videos linked to YouTube etc-are not reliable and seem like AI slop. Takes you to a video advising you to download firmware from a Chinese website onto both the camera and the USB which is suspicious. Set up without downloading any firmware in my wife's car. Good picture.
